Pre-Competition Strength Training and Psychological State Adjustment of Shooting Athletes
This article explores the ways for shooting athletes to conduct strength training and psychological state adjustment before competitions. Reasonable strength training can improve the muscle strength and stability of shooting athletes, and psychological training can help them cope with stress, stay calm and improve self-confidence. In order to strengthen the pre-competition training of shooting athletes, this article proposes corresponding measures: formulating a scientific strength training plan, conducting systematic psychological training and conducting sufficient pre-competition preparation and adjustment, so as to improve the performance of shooting athletes in the competition, and then enhance their competitive level.
