Effects of the Music Adjustment Method on Prematch Anxiety in College Soccer Players
Objective: To explore the effect of music adjustment on the prematch anxiety of college football players. Method: A questionnaire was designed to investigate the anxiety of college students participating in the Heilongjiang University Football Championship by using the anxiety scale to investigate the anxiety of college students before the game, and the results were recorded on the spot. Mathematical statistics were used to analyze and compare the effect of music regulation on pre-match anxiety of football players. Results: Music regulation had a positive effect on the pre-match self-confidence, social expectation anxiety, individual failure anxiety, cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety of football players. Conclusion: The pre-match anxiety of college football players is mainly manifested in low self-confidence. Music modulation can effectively improve the anxiety of college students before competitions.
