Research on the Core Elements and Innovative Optimization Measures of Special Physical Training for University Cheerleading
With the popularization and development of cheerleading in colleges and universities, the requirements for athletes' physical fitness are getting higher and higher. As an important means to improve athletes' competitive ability, the scientific content and methods of special physical training are directly related to the training effect. Therefore, this paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to sort out the core contents of cheerleading special physical training in colleges and universities in China, including physical coordination training, limb strength training and body shaping training. At the same time, in order to further improve the training effect, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of analyzing students' training performance and actual needs, increasing rhythm training and breathing adjustment training, in order to effectively improve the physical fitness level of college cheerleading athletes and lay a solid foundation for competitions and performances.
