Research on the Exploration and Development Strategies of the Teaching of Physical Education Curricula in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Ningxia Vocational Technical College of Industry and Commerce as an Example
After years of exploration and practice, the teaching of physical education courses in Ningxia Vocational Technical College of Industry and Commerce has gone through three stages: the teaching of traditional physical education and health courses, the teaching of one-semester optional physical education courses, and the teaching of one-year optional physical education courses. Based on students' autonomous selection of sports, teachers' specialized teaching and continuous one-year teaching, a development chain of students' sports interest and a development chain of teachers' professional ability that interact and are closely linked have been formed, and teaching results are significant, but there are still many shortcomings. Through research methods such as field investigations and interviews, the shortcomings are analyzed and development strategies are proposed, so as to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of teaching.
