Research on the Application of Multi-Ball Training in the Tennis Teaching of College Physical Education
As a popular sport, tennis can not only improve students' physical fitness but also foster their teamwork and individual skills. However, how to teach tennis more effectively to enhance the level of students' ball skills has always been a challenge for coaches. In recent years, multi-ball training has gained attention as an innovative teaching method, which not only emphasizes technical details, but also pays attention to improving the reaction speed, coordination and tactical awareness of students. This article aims to explore the effectiveness of applying multi-ball training in the tennis teaching of college physical education, so as to provide a more scientific teaching method for enhancing students' comprehensive skills.
