Research on the Teaching Reform Practice of College Physical Education Based on the Theory of Stratified Teaching
With the deepening of curriculum reform in higher education, physical education teaching in colleges and universities conforms to the trend of The Times and actively carries out curriculum reform. Stratified teaching method is a hot teaching method in recent years. It mainly adopts such approaches as stratified teaching objectives, stratified students, stratified teaching activities and stratified exercises. The aim is to give full play to the subjective initiative of college students, improve their interest in learning, develop their strengths and advantages, and ensure that students at different levels can tap their potential in sports activities. Achieve personal ability development and progress. This article takes the students of Liaoning Technical University as the research object to carry on the case study of physical education course. Among them, 3 classes as the experimental group were taught in stratified teaching mode, and 3 classes as the control group were taught in traditional way. The comparative data before and after the experiment showed that the experimental group students' learning interest, physical fitness and classroom performance were significantly improved; Compared with the control group, the experimental group with stratified teaching had better physical education results. Therefore, stratified teaching plays a positive role in promoting students' physical and mental development.
