Research on the Intelligent Community Health Management Mode of the Integration of Sport and Health in Henan Province
As social aging and the increase of the number of chronic patients, community health management has become an important part of the health system in China. The purpose of this study is to explore the intelligent community health management mode of sports-health integration in Henan Province to improve the health level of residents and medical service quality in communities. A comprehensive intelligent health management model includes health data collection based on cloud computing and Internet of Things technologies, the development and implementation of personalized health management plans, the provision of telemedicine and the integration of resources in community health service centers. In addition, this study also discusses the feasibility, implementation strategies and potential benefits of the model, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations, so as to promote the intelligent and sustainable development of community health management in Henan Province.
