Research on the Realistic Dilemma and Countermeasure of Reserve Personnel Training for Competitive Sports in China Under the Background of Sports-Education Integration
By the literature method and other research methods, based on the background of sports-education integration in China at present, and the importance of reserve personnel training for competitive sports, this paper studies the realistic predicament of reserve personnel training for competitive sports in China. In order to solve these predicaments, this study proposes development countermeasures for reserve personnel training for competitive sports under the background of sports-education integration, which adopt targeted methods to promote the sustainable development of reserve talents for competitive sports and improve the overall cultivation level and competitiveness of reserve talents for competitive sports in China. The purpose of this study is to provide referable theoretical and practical guidance for reserve talents for competitive sports in China, and make positive contributions to the development of the sports undertaking in China.
