Research on the Talent Training Path of Leisure Sports Majors in Private Colleges and Universities in Guizhou Province
This article studies and analyzes the talent cultivation path of leisure sports majors in private colleges and universities in Guizhou Province through literature, field investigation and logical analysis methods. Firstly, it plans the career development of the professional teaching staff to enhance their core competitiveness. Then, it develops a talent training plan based on social needs, and offers relevant courses according to the needs of the leisure sports market in Guizhou Province. Next, it optimizes the curriculum of leisure sports majors, so that students have skills, can operate and understand integration, so as to cultivate versatile talents. Finally, through school-enterprise cooperation, it creates order classes and establishes a teaching practice system that meets the core competency requirements of the position.
