Value Characteristics, Element Exploration and Practical Integration of Ideological and Political Education in "Theory of Physical Education"
There is a common phenomenon that the connection with ideological and political education is not close enough in the ideological and political teaching of Theory of Physical Education, resulting in the inadequate demonstration of the value of ideological and political education. By research methods such as the literature method, value speculation method, academic analysis method and logical analysis method, this article takes fostering virtue through education as the fundamental guideline, is based on the actual situation of the curriculum and focuses on students' growth and success. First, through integration, it finds that the course contains the value features of improving students' concept of physical and mental health and enhancing their concept of professional identity. Then, it further explores ideological and political elements from three aspects: firm ideals and beliefs, necessary professional qualities and students' growth and success. Finally, it silently integrates the excavated ideological and political elements into the key and difficult points of the chapters of the course, so as to continuously promote the construction of ideological and political education in the courses with the precise support that "the curriculum carries ideological and political education, and ideological and political education is embedded in the curriculum".
