Relationship Between Volleyball Experiences and Inattentional Blindness Performance
Non-attentional blindness (IB) refers to often ignore other new stimuli in front of people when they focus on a task, which is a common problem in daily life and also a hot topic in psychological research in recent years. In recent years, encouraged by the spirit of the Chinese women's volleyball team, volleyball is welcomed by the masses as an open sport. This paper combines volleyball with inattentional blindness to explore the relationship between volleyball experiences and inattentional blindness performance. 20 students aged 18~25 who have had 5~7 years of school volleyball team experiences and 20 students of the same age who have had no volleyball experiences are selected as test objects to test the phenomenon of inattentional blindness. The results shows that the probability of the inattentional blindness of students with volleyball experiences is lower than that of students without volleyball experiences, and that volleyball is beneficial to reducing inattentional blindness.
