Research on the Application of Human Biomechanics in the Prevention of Sports Injuries
The in-depth understanding of the mechanical action in the process of sports can effectively guide the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, and careful biomechanical assessment can identify the movement patterns that lead to injuries,so as to design targeted preventive measures and rehabilitation training programs. Through case studies, this study explores the application of biomechanics in the actual prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, and especially personalized intervention programs for sprinter A and long-distance cyclist B and their effectiveness evaluation demonstrate the great potential of biomechanical principles in improving sports safety and efficiency.
