Research on Strategies for Core Strength Training in Physical Training
With the continuous improvement of the awareness of aesthetic standards and physical health in society,the demand of individuals for optimizing body shapes,improving body functions and maintaining good body posture is increasing. Core strength can maintain body stability,promote exercise efficiency,prevent injuries and improve body shapes,but traditional body training methods often fail to give full play to the potential of core strength training in body shaping. Therefore,this study aims to deeply analyze the application status and potential value of core strength training in physical training,and explore more scientific and effective strategies for core strength training,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for athletes,dancers and fitness enthusiasts,and then achieve the goal of improving the functionality,aesthetics and overall health level of the body.
