Applied Research on Conducting the Teaching of Paddleboarding in University Physical Education——Taking the Paddleboarding Course in a University as an Example
With the continuous innovation of physical education,more and more emerging sports are being introduced into university physical education courses. As a competitive and recreational water sport,paddleboarding has gradually gained attention in university campuses in recent years,and its unique charm is not only reflected in improving students' physical fitness,but also in cultivating their spirit of teamwork and their courage to challenge themselves. In order to understand the specific situation of conducting paddleboarding teaching in university physical education,this article will take the paddleboarding course in a university as an example to analyze changes in students' physical fitness and self-learning ability before and after training,which will put forward effective suggestions for how to better carry out paddleboarding in university physical education courses,so as to provide useful references for university physical education educators,further enrich the content of university physical education courses,and promote the healthy development of paddleboarding in university physical education.
