Research on the Practice of Sports-Health Integrated Curricula in Physical Education Teaching in Medical Colleges
Based on the methods of literature,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,and combined with the nearly ten years of integrated teaching experience and research results of the research group,this study designs and practices the sports-health integrated curriculum. Through questionnaire surveys and physical fitness tests before and after students' participation in the sports-health integrated curriculum,it understands changes in students' exercise duration and physical fitness,and by analyzing reasons for the impact of the sports-health integrated curriculum on students,it explores its superiority in physical education in medical colleges,as well as its matching degree with the needs of university students' health promotion in China.
