Research on Optimization Paths fo Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Sports-Education Integration
By the literature method and other research methods,the paper first expounds the new concept and connotation of the integration of sports and education in colleges and universities in the new era,including the deep integration of sports and education,the educational concept of health first,and the organic combination of competitive sports and school sports. Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the process of physical education in colleges and universities,such as the uneven distribution of physical education resources,the poor communication among physical education departments and insufficient attention to physical education. On this basis,it puts forward optimization paths for college physical education teaching under the background of the integration of sports and education,including actively strengthening the construction of physical education resources in colleges and universities,eliminating the institutional and ideological barriers among physical education teaching departments,adhering to the idea and concept of health first for physical education,and constructing a sports-education integration mechanism of competitive sports talent training,which will help to improve the quality of physical education in colleges and universities,and promote the all-round development of students,so as to realize the benign interaction between physical education and education.
