Research on Constraining Factors for the Teaching Mode of the Optional Class System in College Physical Education Courses
The paper explores the teaching mode of the optional class system in the reform of college physical education curricula. It deeply analyzes the inadequacy of the current traditional teaching mode in meeting students' sports needs,the demand of diversified teaching resources for the improvement of teachers' professional level,and opportunities and challenges faced by the reform of physical education teaching modes in colleges and universities. The teaching mode of the optional class system emphasizes students' independent choice of sports,aiming to improve their skill level and interest in sports,but it faces problems such as the difficulty in changing traditional teaching cognition,the uneven professional level of teachers,the blindness of students' independent choices,the difficulty in formulating evaluation standards for teaching achievements and the unbalanced distribution of teaching resources. This paper emphasizes the necessity of curriculum reform,actively promotes the implementation of the teaching mode of the optional class system in the reform of college physical education curricula,and proposes that teachers should respect students' differences,design personalized courses and establish a scientific evaluation system,so as to achieve the high-quality development of physical education curricula and the holistic development of students.
