摘要

目的:探索频率与技术动作的相关性.对象:选取健美操选修课本科学生217名有效样本进行30秒原地高抬腿测试.结果:男生的两组数据相关系数为0.434(P=0.024<0.05);女生两组数据相关性系数为0.207(P=0.004<0.01),均具有显著性相关.结论:男生、女生30秒原地高抬腿频率都与技术动作存在相关性,影响高抬腿频率的因素可能是摆臂技术动作、髋关节、膝关节、踝关节蹬伸、大腿肌肉力量等.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the correlation between frequency and technical movements.Subjects:This study selected a valid sample of 217 undergraduate students in Aerobics elective courses to conduct a 30 second standing high leg test.Results:The correlation coefficient between the two groups of male data is 0.434(P=0.024<0.05);The correlation coefficient between the two groups of female data is 0.207(P=0.004<0.01),indicating a significant correlation.Conclusions:There is a correlation between the frequency of 30 second standing high leg lifts and technical movements for both boys and girls.Factors that affect the frequency of high leg lifts may include arm swinging techniques,hip joint,knee joint,ankle joint extension,and thigh muscle strength.
