Emprical Research on Functional Physical Training to Improve the Physical Fitness of Elite Tennis Players
Objective:To explore the impact of functional physical training on the physical fitness of excellent tennis players by 10-week physical training in two stages.Method:The literature method,empirical research method and mathematical statistics method were used to analyze the physical fitness test results of players,and the corresponding physical fitness training plan was designed and implemented.Result:After 10-week functional physical training in the 2 stages,players'performance in the hexagonal jump,Smith bench press,solid ball throwing before the top and ten-meter sprint was improved significantly (P<0.01),their grip strength was slightly improved,and there was no significant change in their performance of the spider run and trunk flexion.Conclusion:Functional training that is designed according to the characteristics of the event and the physical performance status of players has a significant effect on improving the physical fitness of players.
