Exploration of the Reform and Practice of Physical Education Teaching Modes in the "Internet+" Era
This paper explores the reform and practice of physical education teaching modes in the "Internet+" era,analyzes the characteristics of the "Internet+" era,including personalized customized teaching,global communication and cooperation,real-time feedback and evaluation,etc.,and points out the problems existing in the current physical education teaching mode,such as digital divides and inequality,network security and privacy protection and inadequate teachers'quality and ability.On this basis,it puts forward optimization countermeasures,including constructing digital infrastructure,strengthening network security management and improving teachers'skills and quality.
