With the rapid development of national fitness and ice and snow sports in Heilongjiang Province,big data analysis ability has become an effective engine and sustained driving force in the field of public services for national fitness.This article uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to analyze the obstacles faced by the application of big data analysis ability to the development of public services for national fitness in Heilongjiang Province,and from the three dimensions of big data analysis ability:big data analysis management ability,big data analysis technology ability and big data analysis talent ability,proposes specific countermeasures such as promoting the informatization construction of sports facilities,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of smart venues,strengthening the data supervision of national fitness,and ensuring the security of personal data and privacy information,aiming to provide reference for the construction of the overall operation mechanism of public services for national fitness in Heilongjiang Province.
