Research on the Core Literacy of Sports Tourism Talents from the Perspective of Establishing National Sports Tourism Demonstration Zones
This study discusses the composition and cultivation path of the core literacy of sports tourism talents under the background of the establishment of sports tourism demonstration zones.The research shows that policy support,organization synergy,characteristic industrial state and media publicity are the experience of the construction of sports tourism demonstration zones in Guizhou,and that interdisciplinary knowledge,multi-industry coordination ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability,information literacy,cross-cultural communication ability and professional moral cultivation are the core leteracy of sports tourism talents.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of interdisciplinary curriculum system,so as to improve the quality of talent training and help the high-quality development of sports tourism demonstration zones.
