Research on the Path of Improving the Professional Literacy of Physical Education Teachers from the Perspective of Master-Apprentice Twinning
Education is the major plan of the country and the Party,and a teacher is the foundation and source of education.In order to explore the path and method to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers,this study carries out research from the perspective of master-apprentice twinning.Research results show that master-apprentice twinning has a significant effect on promoting the improvement of the professional quality of physical education teachers.However,there are many problems in the actual twinning process,such as the uneven improvement of the professional quality of physical education teachers in different phases of studying,the mutual restriction of the improvement of the professional knowledge and professional quality of physical education teachers,and the single-dimensional development trend of the improvement of the professional quality of physical education teachers.Based on this,this study proposes to establish a multiple training mechanism to build a community for improving the professional literacy of physical education teachers,strengthen the leadership of model demonstration to strengthen the coordinated development of professional knowledge and professional quality,and optimize the master-apprentice pairing system to lead the high-quality development of physical education,so as to help improve the professional quality of physical education teachers and promote their professional growth and development.
