Research on the Teaching Reform and Innovation of Yoga Courses in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of the Curriculum on the Ideological and Political Dimension
Ideological and political education in the course is an important way of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which means to integrate ideological and political elements into other courses,and realize the effect of three-all education through superposition with other courses.The yoga course is one of the most popular courses with students in college physical education,and curriculum-based ideological and political education can also play very important value in college yoga courses.This paper makes a comprehensive discussion and analysis of relevant content.First,it expounds the concept of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.Then,it lists the necessity of integrating the concept into college yoga teaching,and discusses the teaching advantages of college yoga courses from the perspective of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.Finally,it proposes strategies for the teaching reform and innovation of college yoga courses from the perspective of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.It is hoped that the teaching reform of yoga courses in colleges and universities can be innovatively developed from the perspective of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension through discussion on relevant content.
