Research on the Intervention of the Motor Coordination Ability of 5-Year-Old Children with a Tendency Towards Developmental Coordination Disorder——A Case Study of Basketball Dribbling Games
Good motor development is an indispensable part of a child's healthy growth.Developmental coordination disorder (DCD),as a disease that occurs in early childhood and often goes unnoticed by parents,is mainly manifested as impaired motor coordination ability, which severely affects children's academic performance and daily life.It is of great significance to conduct relevant research on DCD as soon as possible for the healthy development of children in China. This study uses the experimental method and other research methods to explore the intervention effects of basketball dribbling games on the motor coordination ability of 5-year-old children with a tendency towards DCD.After intervention, children's motor coordination ability and other abilities are significantly improved. Therefore, the study concludes that the intervention of 8-week basketball dribbling games can effectively enhance the motor coordination ability of 5-year-old children with the tendency towards to DCD.
