Therapeutic Strategies for Neuroplasticity Recovery after Sports Concussions
This study examines various therapeutic strategies for neuroplasticity recovery following sports concussions, aiming to provide evidence-based clinical guidelines. It focuses on the importance of early intervention and the role of exercise therapy in enhancing neuroplasticity,as well as the application of modern technologies like virtual reality and robotic assistance in rehabilitation. The findings indicates that appropriate early exercise interventions significantly increase Brain-Derived nNurotrophic Factor (BDNF) expression, accelerating neurological recovery.Additionally, personalized exercise programs have been proven to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.Technological innovations offer new possibilities for rehabilitation training by simulating real-life scenarios, increasing specificity and practicality while ensuring patient safety. The study emphasizes the importance of early identification and customization of rehabilitation plans based on individual differences, suggesting further research to explore the impact of different rehabilitation strategies on individuals and to optimize the integration of technology to improve overall patient quality of life.
