Related Research on the Recovery Effect of Aerobic Exercise on Knee Joint Injury in Rats
Knee joint injury,as a common bone and joint disease,has received great attention from the medical community and patients in clinical practice.The research on its rehabilitation process is currently a highly focused field,especially focusing on how to promote the effectiveness of rehabilitation through exercise intervention.In recent years,rat knee joint injury,as a commonly used experimental model,has been widely used in rehabilitation research,providing an operable experimental platform for a deeper understanding of rehabilitation mechanisms.This article summarizes the mechanism of knee joint injury recovery through aerobic exercise based on research,analyzes the overview of rat knee joint injury,explores the recovery effect of rat knee joint injury through aerobic exercise,and has potential clinical value for the rehabilitation of knee joint injury.It also helps to expand the understanding of aerobic exercise in bone and joint rehabilitation,and provides new perspectives and ideas for research and rehabilitation practice.
