摘要
核心力量训练是竞技健美操体能训练的重要组成部分,它有助于运动员维持身体的稳定性和平衡性,确保正确的身体姿态,提升肌肉动作的协调性,从而积极影响竞技健美操的表现能力.研究目的是探讨核心力量训练在竞技健美操体能训练中的发展现状,总结核心力量训练在竞技健美操体能训练中的优化策略,为核心力量训练在不同领域中的进一步发展奠定基础.
Abstract
Core strength training is an important component of physical training in Sports Aerobics.It helps athletes maintain body stability and balance,ensure correct body posture,improve muscle coordination,and thus positively affect the performance ability of Sports Aerobics.The purpose of this study is to explore the current development status of core strength training in competitive aerobics physical training and summarize optimization strategies in this context.These findings lay a foundation for the further development of core strength training in different fields.
