Study on Strength and Speed Training of Men's Basketball Teams in the Preparatory Period of CUBA Division Ⅱ
The athletic training foundation of Chinese college basketball players in CUBA Division Ⅱ is relatively weak,especially the disadvantages in strength and speed are more obvious.This paper takes the training program of the men's basketball team from Qingdao University of Technology,which participated in the 26th China University Basketball League (Shandong Province) grassroots tournament,as the research object.It adopts the sRPE quantitative loading method for load monitoring and management of the physical training of the varsity basketball team in the preparation period.Through periodic physical training,the traditional parallelized cycle,focused cycle planning,and non-linear fluctuation load arrangement,a more suitable training system for strength and speed of the second-level league team was explored,which can steadily improve the players' strength and speed quality.
