摘要
运动乐趣在体育教学中具有非常重要的地位,它直接影响着学生的学习动机和参与程度.当前,高职院校大学生在体育课堂上普遍缺少运动乐趣,不仅不利于体育教学效果的呈现,还制约了大学生身心健康发展的需要.通过分析运动乐趣在体育课堂中的重要性,探讨高职院校大学生体育课堂运动乐趣的影响因素及提升策略.
Abstract
Sports fun plays a very important role in PE teaching,as it directly affects students' learning motivation and participation level.Currently,the sports enjoyment of vocational college students in PE classes is generally low,which not only hinders the presentation of PE teaching effectiveness,but also restricts the need for the physical and mental health development of college students.This article analyzes the importance of sports fun in PE classrooms,explores the influencing factors and improvement strategies of sports fun for vocational college students in PE classrooms.
