Research on the Structural Reform of Arobics Teaching System in Colleges and Universities in the New Era
By using the methods of literature,expert interviews and field research,the research is carried out from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching evaluation,and the structural reform of the Arobics teaching system in Chinese colleges and universities in the new period is studied,the problems existing in the current teaching structure system are understood,and the reform path is proposed.The research holds that the structural reform of Arobics teaching system can optimize students' calisthenics learning experience,help colleges and universities education and teaching reform and promote students' all-round development.At the same time,there are some problems,such as generalization of teaching objectives,single teaching content and method,which need to be reformed.The following reform paths are put forward:Guided by the goal of Lide Shuren in the new era,the system of teaching objectives is constantly expanded;Enrich the teaching content of Aerobics course and attach importance to students' learning of theoretical knowledge;Guided by the special teaching of Aerobics,the teaching methods and means are optimized constantly.Perfect the teaching evaluation system and give full play to the multi-function value of evaluation.
