Football,as "world's NO.Ⅰ sport",to a certain extent,its influence,appeal has surpassed the sport itself,it is not only a reflection of the material and spiritual power of human groups,but also a reflection of political,economic and social and many other aspects of comprehensive ability.Football,as one of the most important events in the Olympics,has been increasingly valued in recent years,with more and more people participating in football and gradually becoming younger.The number,methods,scale,and level of youth participating in football have received widespread attention from society.The country attaches increasing importance to youth football and advocates the construction of football characteristic schools in local areas.Many primary and secondary schools have opened football courses,and many parents choose to send teenagers to football clubs for football learning outside of class.Heze Youth Football Club belongs to the early stage of development,and there are different levels of development among different clubs.This article aims to study the student level,coach situation,club management situation,etc.of Heze Youth Football Club and analyze them,propose reasonable suggestions,and hope to help improve the level of youth football,promote the development of youth clubs,and transport national reserve talents.
