Logical Dilemma and Governance Strategy of PE Teachers' Ethics Construction from the Perspective of Educational Ethics
With the continuous attention of the society to the education cause and teachers,it is of great significance to build the PE teachers' ethics with the characteristics of discipline and professional development to run the education satisfactory to the people.This study uses ethics,phenomenology,and sociology as theoretical tools,from the perspective of deontology,utilitarianism and virtue,combined with the physical characteristics of sports,puts forward the ethical logic of caring for virtue,starting with motivation and focusing on results;analyzes the education ethics horizon physical education teachers ethics strengthen exist existing achievement target target influence teachers motivation modification,evaluation system,the ethics strengthen construction results test absence of validity,PE teachers multiple identity role conflict lead to the virtue of cultivation,for a long time "disconnection" habit derived stigma phenomenon and the plight of construction deviation;From the four levels of public administration,teacher education,evaluation and supervision,and anomie treatment,the management path of PE teachers' ethics is put forward.It is hoped that this study can play a certain theoretical reference and promotion role in the construction and governance strategy of teachers' ethics,and make a certain contribution to the cause of education.
