Course ideological and political education is a kind of implicit ideological and political education,is an important part of the ideological and political education system.It embeds the ideological value and spiritual connotation contained in the subject teaching content into the teaching of course knowledge,effectively promoting the comprehensive development of students and strengthening their understanding of the values of the country,society,and life.By using methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper studies the practical difficulties and solutions to the ideological and political education in PE courses,clarifies the important educational value of ideological and political education in PE courses,clarifies the problems of blindness,fragmentation,and mechanization in ideological and political education teaching in PE courses,and explores the solutions to ideological and political education in PE courses:establishing a clear and complete target system;Emphasize the content design of ideological and political education courses;Strengthen the implementation of ideological and political classroom teaching in the course;Enhance the ideological and political abilities of Physical Education teachers in the course.
