Analysis of Contemporary Sports Exercise Misconceptions and Exploration of Countermeasures from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine
With the increasing awareness of national sports,the diversification of sports projects and methods has gradually entered people's lives.However,in the enthusiasm for physical exercise,the importance of moderate exercise and adjusting training methods according to individual physique is often overlooked.This article will start from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and use the theory of Qi,Blood,Yin,Yang Balance,and the Five-Elements in traditional Chinese medicine to explain the positive significance of appropriate exercise for health,as well as the negative consequences that improper exercise methods may bring.Meanwhile,this article proposes suggestions and solutions that can help people form more scientific and reasonable exercise habits.
