摘要
定向运动是一项健身益智的综合项目,是近些年教育研究的重点.而如何在体育项目中融入定向运动,从而提高学生的身体素质,是目前教育研究的目标.高校应先了解定向运动的定义,掌握定向运动的主要项目,确定身体素质的五大内容,再研究定向运动对学生的影响作用,并基于定向运动的特性优化相关设计,完善定向运动的训练方案.借助定向运动的高效实践,提升学生的身体素质,推动教育改革,满足学生对体育运动的需求.
Abstract
Orienteering is a comprehensive fitness and puzzle project,which has been a focus of educational research in recent years.How to integrate orienteering into sports to improve students' physical quality is the goal of current educational research.Universities should understand the definition of orienteering,master the main items of orienteering,and determine the five major contents of physical fitness.Then the influence of orienteering on students is studied,and the related design is optimized based on the characteristics of orienteering to improve the training scheme of orienteering.With the efficient practice of orienteering,improve students' physical quality,promote education reform,and meet students' demand for sports.
