近年来,我国气排球运动普及程度有了明显的提高,受众人群不断扩大,竞技水平和赛事规模有所改善,产业地位不断提高,越来越多的品牌、赞助商开始关注并投入气排球运动中,但也面临着教练员和运动员缺乏、场地设施不够完善、组织管理水平有待提高等方面的挑战.为应对这些挑战,需要加大教练员和运动员专业人才的培养、完善场地设施、建立健全组织管理机制,这些举措将有力地促进气排球运动的普及与提升,为其未来发展奠定坚实基础.
Abstract
In recent years,the popularity of air volleyball in China has significantly improved,the audience has continued to expand,the level of competition and the scale of events have improved,and the industrial status has been continuously improved..More and more brands and sponsors have begun to pay attention to and invest in air volleyball,but there are still challenges such as a lack of coaches and athletes,inadequate venue facilities,and the need to improve organizational and management levels.To cope with these difficulties,it is necessary to increase the training of coaches and professional athletes,improve venue facilities,and establish a sound organizational management mechanism.These measures will effectively promote the popularization and improvement of air volleyball,laying a solid foundation for future development.
