Innovative Research on the Management Model of Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Education under the Guidance of National Student Physical Health Standards
Based on the National Students' Physical Health Standards,this paper explores the current situation and innovative needs of PE teaching management in higher vocational colleges.It first reviews the development process and educational guidance significance of the National Students' Physical Health Standards,explaining their application and impact inPE teaching in higher vocational colleges.Secondly,by analyzing the existing management models of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,it identifies issues such as mismatches between teaching models and student needs,and limitations in the management system and operational processes.In response to these issues,the paper proposes innovative teaching management models,including the adoption of personalized and differentiated teaching strategies,interactive and cooperative learning,and the development and application of information management systems,as well as improvements in teaching feedback and evaluation mechanisms.Based on these innovative proposals,strategies are put forward to enhance teacher professional training and establish effective student participation and feedback mechanisms,which are expected to effectively improve students' physical health and promote their comprehensive development .
