摘要
该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对农村地区学校羽毛球课余训练的现状,以及农村地区学校羽毛球课余训练的必要性进行了分析,提出了针对农村地区学校羽毛球课余训练的实施方法.研究认为,农村地区羽毛球课余训练普遍面临设施不足、教练素质参差不齐、训练方法传统单一等问题,亟待解决.建议通过改善训练设施、提升教练素质、引入现代训练方法、构建科学的训练体系等方式,来有效促进农村地区学校羽毛球课余训练的健康长足发展.
Abstract
This paper uses literature method and other research methods to analyze the current situation of school badminton training in rural areas and the necessity of school badminton training in rural areas. It puts forward the implementation method of school badminton training in rural areas. The study shows that the after-school badminton training in rural areas is generally faced with problems such as insufficient facilities,uneven quality of coaches and single traditional training methods,which need to be solved urgently. Suggestions:It is recommended to effectively promote the healthy development of school badminton extracurricular training in rural areas by improving the training facilities,improving the quality of coaches,introducing modern training methods and building a scientific training system.
