Research on Physical Fitness Training for Young Discus Throwers
This study aims to deeply explore the physical fitness training of young discus throwers,and put forward innovative training programs to promote their all-round development. Through the analysis of the status quo of athletes' physical fitness,the difficulties of implementation and the influencing factors,the problems in training are found,and the personalized training plan is put forward according to the characteristics of young athletes. By implementing this program,we evaluated the training effect and compared it with traditional training methods. The results show that the new program has achieved remarkable results in improving the physical quality of young discus throwers. This study provides a useful reference for improving the training of young discus throwers,and also provides guidance for future research and practice.
