摘要
该研究基于对靶向训练内涵的解读及对大众羽毛球运动影响的阐释,对大众羽毛球爱好者专项运动技能的靶向训练目标进行确定,对其训练计划进行设计,并据此提出了相应的推广对策.其目的在于突显靶向训练对提高羽毛球爱好者技能水平的积极影响,强调靶向训练在大众羽毛球爱好者中的推广潜力,为促进与保障大众羽毛球爱好者专项运动技能的不断提升提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
This study is based on the interpretation of the connotation of targeted training and its impact on popular badminton sports. It determines the targeted training goals for specialized sports skills of popular badminton enthusiasts,designs their training plans,and proposes corresponding promotion strategies accordingly. Its purpose is to highlight the positive impact of targeted training on improving the skill level of badminton enthusiasts,emphasize the promotion potential of targeted training among the public badminton enthusiasts,and provide reference and guidance for promoting and ensuring the continuous improvement of specialized sports skills among the general public of badminton enthusiasts.
