通过实地调查和阅读大量相关文献,总结残奥冰球项目的竞赛、体能以及技战术特征,对其技战术训练关键问题进行研究,以期对残奥冰球的技战术训练提供理论参考,提高残奥冰球运动员的技战术能力.研究表明:残奥冰球技战术训练应与专项体能训练相结合;根据残奥冰球技战术的特征和运动训练方法特点,选择正确的训练方法;加强残奥冰球重点技术与组合技术的训练;注重培养全面战术能力和独特战术风格;残奥冰球运动员不同位置有不同的训练重点.
Abstract
This article summarizes the competition,physical fitness,technical and tactical characteristics of Paralympic Ice Hockey through field investigation and reading a large number of relevant documents,and then studies the key issues of its technical and tactical training,in order to provide theoretical reference for Paralympic Ice Hockey technical and tactical training,and improve the abilities of Paralympic ice hockey players. Research shows that:Paralympic Ice Hockey skills and tactics training should be combined with special physical training;According to the characteristics of Paralympic Ice Hockey skills and tactics and sports training methods,choose the correct training method;Strengthen Paralympic Ice Hockey training of key techniques and combined techniques;Focus on cultivating comprehensive tactical capabilities and unique tactical styles;Paralympic Ice Hockey players have different training focuses in different positions.
