摘要
太极柔力球作为一项新兴的体育运动,在高校教学中备受关注.该文旨在探讨如何借助多元化教学模式,优化高校太极柔力球教学.通过对太极柔力球的技术特点、基本套路以及评分标准的分析,提出在教学中引入多元化的方法和策略,以满足不同层次、不同需求的学生的学习.同时,结合实践经验和教学理论,探讨了教学过程中可能遇到的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,为高校太极柔力球教学提供一些借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Taiji Softball,as an emerging sport,has attracted much attention in university teaching. This article aims to explore how to optimize the teaching of Taiji Softball in universities through diversified teaching methods. By analyzing the technical characteristics,basic routines,and scoring criteria of Taiji Softball,methods and strategies for introducing diversification into teaching are proposed to meet the learning needs of students at different levels. Meanwhile,based on practical experience and teaching theory,potential problems in the teaching process are discussed,and corresponding solutions are provided to offer some reference for university Taiji Softball teaching.
