Research on the Application of Micro-Lectures in the Teaching of PE in Vocational Colleges
With the rapid development of information technology,micro-lectures,as an emerging teaching method,are increasingly receiving attention for their application in higher vocational education. This paper explores the application and effect of micro-lectures in this course. First,it analyzes the definition and characteristics of micro-lectures,as well as the characteristics and teaching needs of physical fitness and PE courses in higher vocational colleges,demonstrating the applicability of micro-lectures in this course. The current situation survey shows the application of micro-lectures in PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,existing problems,student feedback and demand. The practical demonstration part elaborates on the micro-lecture teaching design,production technology and teaching practice cases,evaluates the teaching effect,including the improvement of students' interest and physical fitness level. It is recommended to optimize the design of micro-lecture content,strengthen technical training,improve the evaluation mechanism,promote the wider application of micro-lectures in physical fitness and PE courses in higher vocational colleges,and promote the development of education informatization.
