随着社会体育需求的不断增长,政府购买社会体育场馆成为满足大众运动和娱乐需求的一种重要手段.然而,这一决策不仅涉及巨额的财政支出,还面临着多方面的风险.通过对政府购买社会体育场馆中可能存在的财政、管理、法律和社会风险进行深入分析,旨在为政府决策者提供有效的对策和管理建议,以确保购买和运营过程中的可持续发展和社会效益.
Abstract
With the continuous growth of social sports demand,government purchase of social sports venues has become an important means to meet the needs of mass sports and entertainment. However,this decision involves not only substantial financial expenditure but also faces various risks. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the financial,management,legal,and social risks that may exist in the government purchase of social sports venues. The aim is to offer effective countermeasures and management recommendations for government decision-makers to ensure sustainable development and social benefits during the purchasing and operation process.
