摘要
运动康复专业是一门新兴学科,主要侧重于专业运动员或普通大众人群的运动防护与运动损伤后功能的恢复.当前,我国运动康复专业人才的培养面临诸多困难与挑战,该专业本科教育存在发展缓慢且不均衡等问题,正严重限制着我国运动康复人才质量的提升.该文以岗位胜任力为导向,旨在探索我国运动康复人才培养新路径,有助于提升运动康复专业学生的综合素质,推动我国体医融合事业的健康、稳定、快速发展.
Abstract
Sports Rehabilitation is a emerging discipline,which mainly focuses on sports protection and functional recovery after sports injury for professional athletes or the general public. At present,the training of Sports Rehabilitation professionals in China is faced with many difficulties and challenges. The slow and unbalanced development of undergraduate education in this specialty is seriously limiting the improvement of the quality of Sports Rehabilitation talents in our country. This paper aims to explore a new way of training Sports Rehabilitation talents in China,which is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of Sports Rehabilitation students and promote the healthy,stable and rapid development of the cause of physical and medical integration in China.
