Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Basketball Referee Training in Private Colleges and Universities——Taking Guizhou Qiannan Economic College as an Example
Basketball referee training is an important part of the high-quality development of basketball. The cultivation of college-based basketball referees can not only alleviate the serious shortage of college basketball referees,but also enhance the students' cooperation ability,enrich their cultural life and improve the overall level of referees,to provide high-quality basketball referees for the community. This paper takes Guizhou Qiannan Economic College as an example to investigate and study 34 teachers and 48 students of the referees' association in order to fully understand the current situation of the development of basketball referees,the training mode and the problems faced by the school. Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which can provide theoretical basis for the future training of basketball referees,and also provide reference for other scholars to study the training of basketball referees in private colleges.
