基于体育强国背景,以中职生体质健康状况与对策为研究对象,以贵阳市白云区职业技术学校(以下简称白云职校)为调查对象,以2014年颁布的《国家学生体质健康标准》为评价依据,应用访谈法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案研究法和数理统计法,对白云职校2021—2023年学生体质健康监测数据和学生体质健康影响因素进行深入研究,进一步了解目前中职生体质健康现状及影响中职生体质健康的相关因素,并提出促进中职生体质健康的相关对策,以期为白云职校开展下一步学校体育工作提供理论指导,同时为上级体育主管部门和其他中职学校学生体质健康发展提供借鉴.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the physical health status and countermeasures of secondary vocational school students in the context of building a sports power. Baiyun Vocational and Technical School in Guiyang(referred to as Baiyun Vocational School) was selected as the research object,and the National Student Physical Health Standards issued in 2014 were used as the evaluation basis. Interview,literature review,questionnaire survey,case study,and mathematical statistics were used to conduct in-depth research on the physical health monitoring data of students in Baiyun Vocational School from 2021 to 2023 and the influencing factors of student physical health,in order to further understand the current physical health status of secondary vocational school students and the relevant factors affecting their physical health. Relevant strategies to improve the physical health of secondary vocational school students were proposed,which is conducive to the next development of Baiyun Vocational School. Sports work provides theoretical guidance. At the same time,it provides reference for the physical health development of higher level sports authorities and other vocational school students.
