Effects of Different Proportions of Carbohydrate and Whey Protein Intake on Fat Loss and Muscle Synthesis after Exercise
The effects of dietary carbohydrate and whey protein intake on fat loss and muscle synthesis after exercise were investigated by means of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics.Forty males were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group, experimental group A,experimental group B and experimental group C,with 10 people in each group, for an 8-week experimental intervention. The results showed that the intake of maltose and whey protein after exercise, especially at a 2∶1 mass ratio, had a positive effect on promoting muscle synthesis and fat loss. This finding further highlights the role of carbohydrate and protein ratio in regulating body composition.Through literature review and combined analysis of experimental data, the study results not only provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of diet after exercise, but also provide an important reference for the field of sports and health management.
