Study on the Influence of Functional Training on Physical Fitness of College Basketball Players
Functional training has a good improvement effect on the endurance,sensitivity,speed,strength,flexibility and other qualities of college basketball players,especially when the athletes have a strong strength,they will better control their body movements in training or competition.This paper uses methods such as literature review,logic analysis and expert interview to explore the influence of functional training on the physical quality of college basketball players.The research believes that the functional training has the function of enhancing the physical agility performance,improving the core physical strength,improving the special skills of basketball,and promoting the rapid recovery of function.In the functional training process of college basketball players,we should pay attention to the principle of comprehensive development,specific practical principles,psychological shaping and dynamic adaptation.
